Pre-Paid Funeral Service Sellers

Digital Government and Service NL is responsible for licensing pre-paid funeral home industry within the province and regulating other pre-paid funeral service sellers matters. The department oversees the Consumer Protection Fund for prepaid funeral contracts and handling of complaints from the public regarding prepaid funeral contracts.
